The Service provides an AI-based programming education platform including AI tutoring, structured courses (Python, SQL, etc.), browser-based code execution, AI-generated quizzes, personalized learning experiences, multi-language support (Korean, English), and interactive learning features. Features may change or be discontinued at any time without prior notice.
You must be capable of forming a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activities under it. Provide accurate information and keep it updated.
You agree not to: (a) misuse or interfere with the Service; (b) access the Service via automated means without permission; (c) circumvent security or access controls; (d) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code where not permitted by law; (e) upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; (f) harass or harm others; (g) use output to violate third-party rights.
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display such content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent you have the necessary rights to grant this license.
AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Verify critical information independently. You are responsible for how you use the output and for complying with applicable laws and third-party rights.
The Service, including text, UI, graphics, software, and course content, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
The Service integrates third-party services including Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Hosting), Google AI (Gemini via Genkit for AI tutoring and quiz generation), Google OAuth for sign-in, Gmail SMTP (via Firebase Extension) for email delivery, and optionally Upstash Redis for caching. Your use of such services may be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy available in the footer. By using the Service, you consent to such processing.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence unless mandatory local law provides otherwise. Venue and jurisdiction shall be as permitted by applicable law.
