Welcome to VibeCodingSchool ("the Service", available at https://vibecodingschool.cloud). By accessing or using our interactive AI-powered programming education platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

VibeCodingSchool provides interactive programming education features, including:

• Structured learning curriculums covering Python, SQL, Modern Web, and Applied AI tracks.
• In-browser interactive coding playground and instant execution environments.
• AI tutor assistance, instant code explanations, and multi-format quiz assessments (multiple-choice, short-answer, and descriptive).
• Cryptographically verifiable course completion certificates.

We continuously refine features; aspects of the Service may be updated or modified from time to time.

3. Accounts and Authentication

To track learning progress and earn certificates, you must sign in via Google OAuth. You are responsible for safeguarding your authentication credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security compromise.

4. AI Tutor & Content Disclaimer

The AI Tutor and automated evaluation models are powered by large language models (Gemini via Genkit). While designed to be educational and helpful, AI outputs may occasionally contain inaccuracies, outdated syntax, or hallucinations:

• AI tutor feedback is strictly intended for educational and reference purposes.
• You are solely responsible for verifying code before deploying it to production or security-critical environments.
• VibeCodingSchool does not warrant that AI-generated code snippets are error-free or suitable for commercial deployment without independent review.

5. Certificates of Completion

Upon finishing all lessons and passing required evaluations within a course track, a verified certificate of completion may be issued. We reserve the right to revoke or invalidate any certificate obtained through fraudulent methods, automated exploitation, or violation of community integrity.

6. Intellectual Property & User Content

• Platform Content: Curriculums, lesson texts, instructional graphics, UI designs, and software code are the intellectual property of VibeCodingSchool or its licensors.
• User Code: You retain complete ownership of the original code you write in the playground or submit during exercises. You grant us a non-exclusive license to process your submissions solely to evaluate answers and render AI feedback.

7. Acceptable Conduct

You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the servers, networks, or databases.
• Attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer, or decompile any aspect of the Service beyond legal fair use.
• Use automated bots or scripts to scrape content or artificially inflate course progress.
• Submit malicious code, viruses, or offensive content through the interactive playground or feedback forms.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIBECODINGSCHOOL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent court having jurisdiction under applicable procedural laws.
